Overall, a good story, but the climax let me down. On the other hand, there were some great one-liners, such as the one about signing for deliveries, the tiny gags, not enough to have you ROTFL, but enduce a soft chuckle, such as the one about the Doctor being sufficiently injured to be carried by the Custodians, and the Governor's response to that.
